A Service Technician will arrive in home or office, unbox configure, and connect a new wireless router to an existing broadband service. Also will create a secure wireless network with access for two divices.

While at you home or office our Service Technician will connect an additional existing device to an existing wireless network.

Note: This service must be purchased in addition to Single or Dual Network Divice Installation.

A Service Technician will arrive in home or at your office, unbox a new Desktop/Laptop, connect the included components to the unit, apply power to the unit, boot up the unit, and perform intial routines to ensure the unit is working properly.

The technician will connect and configure an existing peripheral device (printer, scanner, MFP, camera) to the new Desktop/Laptop and ensure it's functioning properly

Our technician will transfer up to 5GB of customer data files (pictures, music, documents, emails) from an existing USB compatible Desktop/Laptop to the new Desktop/Laptop via an external USB storage Device provided by the technicain. This does not inclued moving programes or migrating an operating system.

This does not include moving programs or migrating an operating system.

(A) The transfer of up to 10GB of customer data files (pictures, music, documents, emails) from one existing USB compatible Desktop/Laptop to another USB compatible Desktop/Laptop via an external USB storage divice provided by the technician, OR

(B) Backup to 10GB of customer data files (pictures, music, documents, emails) on to either a customer supplied external storage device or customer supplied CD/DVD storage media.

This service does not include moving programs or migrating an operating system.

A Service Technician will arrive in home or office and perform either:

(A) The transfer of up to 5GB of customer data files (pictures, music, documents, emails) from one existing USB compatible Desktop/Laptop to another USB compatible Desktop/Laptop via an external USB storage divice provided by the technician, OR

(B) Backup to 5GB of customer data files (pictures, music, documents, emails) on to either a customer supplied external storage device or customer supplied CD/DVD storage media.

This service does not include moving programs or migrating an operating system.

The Service Technician will arrive in the home or office and perform software diagnostics on an existing Desktop/Laptop to determine a software problem or failure, including error messages, software conflicts, virus issues, spyware issues, or Operating System issues.

This service includes the repair of software issues and conflicts, virus and spyware removalm and optimization and tuning to increase performance.

This service does not include the diagnostics or repair of any hardware issues.

Customer is responsible for providing a current Anti-Virus/Anit-Spyware opplication or have it resident on their Desktop/Laptop.

Software not included.

The Service Technician will arrive at home or office and install one of the following pieces of hardware: internal memory (RAM), internal/external DVD/CD Rom drive, internal video/graphics card, Audio/Sound Card (Desktop only).

The technician will load the drivers onto the Desktop/Laptop and ensure the hardware is working properly.

The installation of any additional devices will require the purchase of additional add-on services.

Hardware and software is not included.

While at home or office one of our technicians will install one of the following pieces of hardware: internal memory (RAM), Internal/external DVD/CD Rom drive, internal Video/Graphics card, Audio/Sound Card
